Explore NUSHU X smart footwear with Karen Yanelli, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT. Submit a request to book; Karen reviews each request before accepting it. If approved, you will receive a secure payment link. Full payment is due within 48 hours to confirm and hold the appointment, or upon approval when the appointment is less than 48 hours away. Unpaid appointments may be canceled and the time released. The 30-minute phone consultation is $50. A separate in-person evaluation is $200. These self-pay services are separate from insurance-billed physical therapy. Shoes are purchased separately.

30 minutes by phone. Discuss NUSHU X, your goals, and whether a separate in-person evaluation is appropriate.
Full evaluation — $200
A separate, 60-minute in-person appointment at Karen’s Midtown East office. $200.
Purchase and onboarding support
Shoes cost extra at the manufacturer-set price. Karen does not control that price and earns a commission on purchases through her. Confirm current costs and terms before buying.
