Karen Yanelli Physical Therapy respects your privacy. This website collects information you voluntarily submit through the General Inquiry form, Wix Bookings, and Wix Smart Chat. Depending on the feature used, this may include your name, email address, phone number, appointment preferences, home address for a requested home visit, and the content of administrative communications.
The General Inquiry form and AI chat are intended only for general and administrative questions. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, symptoms, treatment information, medications, insurance identification numbers, dates of birth, or other sensitive health information through these tools. For emergencies, call 911.
Wix Smart Chat uses artificial intelligence to answer general questions based on approved site content and practice rules. AI responses may contain errors and are not medical advice. Chat messages and contact details may be processed, stored, and reviewed through Wix to provide support, respond to inquiries, maintain business records, and improve service quality. An AI chat interaction does not create a provider-patient relationship or confirm an appointment.
Appointment requests are handled through Wix Bookings and require Karen’s confirmation. Information submitted through booking tools is used to review availability, administer requested services, communicate about appointments, and, when applicable, process payments or billing. Home addresses are requested only when needed to evaluate or provide a home visit.
The site is hosted by Wix, which may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, cookies, and usage data for security, functionality, analytics, and service delivery. Embedded or connected services such as Google Maps, Google Analytics, YouTube, payment processors, calendar integrations, and other providers may process information under their own privacy policies. Cookie preferences can be managed through the site’s Privacy Settings control.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers supporting hosting, communications, scheduling, billing, payment processing, analytics, or business operations, and when required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
