Service Description

A private, 30-minute phone consultation with Karen Yanelli, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT. Ask general questions about NUSHU X smart footwear, discuss your goals, and explore whether a separate in-person evaluation may be an appropriate next step. Karen reviews every request and confirms the appointment. Booking and payment: Submit a request to book. After approval, you will receive a secure payment request for the $50 consultation fee. Payment is required within 48 hours to confirm and hold the appointment. If the appointment is less than 48 hours away, payment is due upon approval. Unpaid appointments may be canceled and the time released. Cancellation and rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to the full consultation fee. A full NUSHU X evaluation is a separate appointment with a standard fee of $200. These are self-pay services separate from insurance-billed physical therapy. Shoes are not included in either fee and are purchased separately at the manufacturer-set price, which Karen does not control. Confirm the current shoe price and purchase terms before proceeding. Karen earns a commission on NUSHU X shoe purchases made through her. There is no obligation to purchase shoes. Self-pay rates effective September 18, 2026.
