Service Description

A comprehensive in-home physical therapy evaluation for clients who value convenience, privacy, and individualized care. Karen will assess movement, mobility, safety, function, and goals and recommend an appropriate plan. Travel area and availability are confirmed before the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be requested up to three months in advance. Online requests require at least 24 hours’ notice and confirmation by Karen. Clients may cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
