Service Description

Individualized follow-up care provided in your home. Sessions may include movement reassessment, therapeutic exercise, balance and mobility work, education, and practical strategies for daily activity. Travel area and availability are confirmed before the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be requested up to three months in advance. Online requests require at least 24 hours’ notice and confirmation by Karen. Clients may cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
